Die Tarifverhandlungen in der nordwestdeutschen Zementindustrie sind in der dritten Verhandlungsrunde am 23. Oktober 2017 in Sendenhorst gescheitert.

Die Arbeitgebertarifkommission hatte zuletzt folgendes Angebot vorgelegt:

–       Zwei Leermonate (September und Oktober 2017) ohne Tariferhöhung,

–       2,7 Prozent Entgelterhöhung ab dem 1. November 2017 (15 Monate),

–       1,8 Prozent Entgelterhöhung ab dem 1. Februar 2019 (7 Monate).

Dieses Angebot hätte zu einer Entgelterhöhung von monatlich 148,00 Euro (Zement NRW / Endstufe E 7) innerhalb von 24 Monaten geführt.

Die Tarifabschlüsse aus dem Jahr 2016 in anderen Gebieten der Zementindustrie hatten ebenfalls eine Laufzeit von 24 Monaten und führten zu einer Entgelterhöhung von insgesamt circa 138,00 Euro monatlich.

Die gewerkschaftliche Tarifkommission hat das obige Angebot abgelehnt, ohne  ein neues, eigenes Angebot in der dritten Verhandlungsrunde vorzulegen und hat das Scheitern der Tarifverhandlungen erklärt.

Das paritätische Schlichtungsverfahren – ohne neutralen Schlichter – wird  eingeleitet. Die 3 : 3 besetzte Schlichtungskommission wird am 10. November 2017 in Beckum zusammentreffen. Ein mit Mehrheit gefällter Schlichterspruch ist verbindlich.
